Shipping policy

Bamboo Seed Shop sells and ships bamboo seeds to 30+ international destinations. We do not ship to USA or Canada. (We recommend USA-based The Bamboo Seed for North American customers.)

Depending on your location, Bamboo Seed Shop ships orders from the USA and from international fulfillment agents. Your order will be shipped via First Class Express Mail by the fulfillment agent geographically located closest to you to ensure the fastest and most economical shipping method and delivery. Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process, fulfill, and ship, and then approximately 10-15 business days for delivery. We do not fulfill orders on weekends and major holidays.

Your country may have specific import requirements and/or restrictions that can impact the shipment and delivery of your order. Please fully research the seeds import policies and regulations for your country prior to placing your order to ensure that you are able to receive your shipment, and that you are prepared for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or other additional costs that may be required by your country and for which you are solely responsible. Bamboo Seed Shop is not responsible for any additional costs, delays, or losses caused by your country's customs, postal, or any other administrative policies and regulations.

Because each country's regulations are specific to that country, and they can change at any time, Bamboo Seed Shop is not responsible for knowing your country's current seeds import regulations. Our sole responsibility is limited to fulfilling and shipping your order per the specifications you have entered at the time of ordering.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to know and comply with their country's import regulations prior to placing an order with Bamboo Seed Shop.

If your international order is returned to Bamboo Seed Shop by your country's Customs or other regulatory agency, and it is in original and undamaged condition, we will refund the value of your order, minus any postage, shipping, or other costs incurred by Bamboo Seed Shop, in addition to a 20% restocking fee. 

Bamboo Seed Shop does not replace or refund orders lost, misdelivered, damaged, or destroyed in shipment. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
